If you order in person, we’ll schedule the delivery date and time with you on the spot before you leave. Either way, we aim to make the process smooth, fast, and flexible. Returns & Refunds
In the rare case an item arrives damaged, we will offer replacement parts as needed upon our sole discretion. We do not offer full refunds.
Ottoman Color Availability
Cream Boucle and Navy velvet only have regular ottomans, all other colors only have storage ottomans.
